Pool and Gazebo Rental Information

The Colonies Pool and Gazebo area are available for private events to Colonies Swim and Tennis Club members during normal and off pool operating hours. Reservations should be made by following the directions below. Check the calendar at the bottom of the page to see if the desired date is available.

*Rentals are not available during home swim meets.

Pool area must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the event.
CSTC members may host on behalf of a non-member wishing to rent the gazebo area, but must be present at the event and are responsible for all fees that apply.
The gazebo may be rented for a maximum of 3 hours (including clean up)
The gazebo may not be rented or reserved on a major holiday weekend. This includes Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. (Friday through Monday)
The gazebo area may not be reserved during home swim meets.
For all parties, seven days notice is required.
All payments will be made to Karen Hensley in advance of the event to hold the date. Please contact Karen Hensley (kkonopelski@gmail.com) for more details.
The Pool Manager reserves the right to cancel any group activities at any time if deemed necessary.
Should the event be cancelled due to inclement weather, fees may be prorated or reimbursed in full.
$125/hour which includes 15 non-member guests.
$6 for additional non-member guests after that.
Example: Gazebo rental on Saturday from 11-1 with 15 guests (CSTC members are not counted as guests, only non-members) attending
