WELCOME TO THE 2020 COLONIES SWIM TEAM SEASON!
Hello Cruiser families! We are very excited to have you and your children involved in this wonderful summer sport. Please read carefully as many procedures have changed this year.
Registration is OPEN! Please visit https://colonies.swimtopia.com/ and click on the green “Register Now” button to get started.
We have picked out a new Colonies team swim suit for this summer (although any team suits from previous seasons are always welcome)! The VA Swim Shop at Nova Swimming on Gayton Road has created an online store for team suits and anything else our swimmers might need for the summer! The link you will need is:

You will need to sign in and go to SUMMER LEAGUE TEAMS and click on the Colonies tab. Your orders will be pulled and delivered to you. You are also welcome to visit the shop in person if you have questions about sizes! Visit https://www.virginiaswimshop.com/ for location/hours/contact info.
Upcoming dates to remember:
June 11–Meet the Coaches event will start at 4:30 and end at 5:30. It will be a drive-thru, staggered activity. Please refer to Coach Jack’s last email for your time slot and other details (or you can always email me any questions you might have!).
June 15-First day of practice in the pool! In order to clear out each practice group from the pool and deck, Coach Jack will be dismissing swimmers from the pool 5 minutes before the end time. Also, please familiarize yourself with the COVID 19 Safety Protocol for Phase II. This updated document can be found on our Swimtopia website, under the “CSC Team Manual” tab!

Morning
8 & Unders—8:30 to 9:15 (**PLEASE NOTE: On Monday, June 15th, we will only have AFTERNOON practice for 8 & Unders. Starting on Tuesday, June 16th, we will have both morning & afternoon practices for this group).
9-12—9:15-10:00
13 & Older—10:00-11:00
Afternoon
8 & Unders—3:30 to 4:15
9-12—4:15-5:00
13 & Older—5:00-6:00
