Clubhouse Rental Information

The Colonies Clubhouse is available for rental to members as well as the general public. The space is a fabulous setting for a variety of different events including weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties,  and meetings. 

Our large decks overlooking the pool and tennis courts are a wonderful extension to the indoor space during the warmer seasons. The clubhouse includes a full kitchen and a large open room with hardwood floors. The Clubhouse has an entertainment center which includes a 55in. flat screen HDTV with surround sound.
